It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for something you are not.

This week was quite relaxing. Got some rest and helped my granny with some country work. But the main thing I did this week was that I got to experience different people attitudes. And what I discovered is that there will ALWAYS be someone who tries and wants to be better than everybody else. The most important thing for those people is competition. People like that are in school, work, even on the street someone will try to cross it faster. Those competitors are everywhere. Except family. In normal families everyone is equal and there is no competition. (Unless it’s about TV remote or last cookie in the box ;D )

But what I also discovered is that those people only talk. And WANTING is all they’ve got. They want to be better than everybody else, they talk about how great they are…but that’s all they do - talk.

As for me, I think action speaks louder than words. That’s why those people never succeed. They are so full of themselves that they forget to actually do everything they say.

But the really bad part of all this is that there are people, who are insecure and who start to feel bad when they’re around those arrogant ones. Cause all they do is brag about how cool they are and than those other people start to think bad about themselves and sometimes they lie and do stuff just to be as cool as those other ones. And that is soooo not the right thing to do.
When I was younger, I was just like that. I made up things, just to sound as awesome as the „cool” ones cause I wanted them to like me. But it wasn't really me. So one day I stopped pretending.

So, besides all that, there are people, who aren’t affected by those ''talkers'' and  I am proud to say, that I am one of them. I don’t care how cool someone acts around me. It doesn’t change the way I feel about myself because competition isn’t the most important thing for me.

Everything I do, I do it for myself and not to prove that I’m better than everybody else.

So my advice is to be yourselves. Never act like someone you’re not and don’t do something just to prove that you’re as good as, or better than someone else. Do everything only for yourself :)
